Net Trekker di

Net Trekker di is a K-12 subscription, easy to use, search engine for educators. Once signed into Net Trekker di, teachers can search using keywords, by subject area or grade level. Uniquely, Net Trekker di can also search using the indicators of state standards to find information and websites. Each listing includes a brief description, an overall rating by credibility and subject depth and the reading level. It lists the multi-media components such as pictures, examples, lesson exercises and plans. Special features for searching for famous persons, time periods or images are included along with a read-aloud tool for reading support. A dictionary and a multiple-language translator are available for text interpretation on each website. Teachers will find useful resources on special channels for ELL students and 21st Century Skills. Check out a demonstration of this fast and easy educational tool!
