MyTarget: Web-based Self-assessment Tool

The Corporation for Educational Technology (CET) continues to offer and support MyTarget, which is a web-based technology assessment service. For better delivery and support, this web address recently has been updated to a new web address: http://mytarget.truenorthlogic.com/. visit MyTarget's website! The Gateway Presentation System (GPS) provides easy access to online evaluation and reporting tools, news and announcements, professional development resources and teaching aides. MyTarget organizes resources into logical categories making it easier to navigate and manage. CET provides MyTarget to help Indiana meet assessment and accountability standards in Indiana Public Law 221, as well as the federal No Child Left Behind (NCLB) act.

Through the Personal Professional Development Planner, educators can set goals and access resources necessary to acquire new classroom technology skills. With GPS, MyTarget now also promotes collaboration among educators and administrators which enables participation within a district, region or across the state. MyTarget empowers district administrators to create and tailor announcements to reach desired educators.

FREE to all public and non-public Indiana schools, there are over 15,000 educators using MyTarget. In addition, Indiana colleges and universities use it with students enrolled in teacher certification courses. If you have questions regarding MyTarget, contact Tammy Payton.
