You must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer before you can open this file.
Activity Description:
  1. Open Microsoft Word© by clicking on the shortcut on your desktop or by following this path: Start/Programs/Microsoft Word©.
  2. A new document will appear. For tonight’s purpose we will pretend that a letter or other document has been created already.
  3. Click on the Envelopes and Labels shortcut key in the toolbar (it is an icon of a small envelope) or look under Tools and select Envelopes and Labels.
  4. This window will appear:
  5. Click on the Envelopes tab if it is not on top already.
  6. Type the address that you want to mail your letter to in the Delivery Address box.
  7. Type your return address in the Return Address box.
    (If you do not want to have your return address printed on your envelope, click in the small box next to the word Omit.)

To change the font style or on the addresses
  1. Click on the Options. . . button. A new window will appear.
  2. In the Delivery address box click on the Font. . .button.
  3. A new dialog box will appear giving you the options to change the font type, style, color, size, etc.
  4. In the Return address box click on the Font . . button. Again you will be able to change the look of your font.

To print more than one envelope with the same address
  1. Open Word© and create and start with a blank document.
  2. Under Tools select Envelopes and Labels than click on the Envelopes tab.
  3. Type the address that you want then click Add to document. This will add the address to the top of the blank document.
  4. Under File select Print (Do not use the shortcut button). Under Page range set the Pages: to 0. Type in the number of copies that you want under Copies:
