Snowman Story

Are you looking for a fun winter activity that kids can do? Using a word processor and some crayons or markers, kids can create a unique writing activity!

snowman's hat
snowman's left arm Have fun writing
a story about a snowman
adventure. Describe in detail
what our snowman looks like,
what his family and friends
are like, even think
about all the places he/she
would go and the trouble they could
get into, i.e. warm weather, a hungry bunny
rabbit, etc. Using your word processor first
write your story. When you are finished, save
your work. Now you can have some fun
with the formatting. Begin by centering
all of your text. Next place the
cursor at different points in
your story and place a "return" or
"enter" to move the text to the next line so that
your story takes the shape of a snowman! Finally
print out your story and add the accessories (hat,
arms, scarf, etc) with markers or crayons.
Display for all the read and enjoy!
